Tick Tock - Prague's Astronomical Clock

Description

Prague's Astronomical Clock is a medieval astronomical clock that is located on the southern wall of Prague's Old Town Hall. The clock dates to 1410, making it the world's oldest astronomical clock still in operation. The clock is full of imagery and symbolism, with 365 saints surrounding the clock, and the 12 apostles making hourly appearances in the clock's windows. Statues of Vanity, Death, Greed and Lust flank the clock, and local tradition warns of destruction that will befall on the city if the clock is not properly maintained.
