Archaeologists recently discovered a trove of Canaanite artifacts (ca 1800 BCE) and a huge "monument" at Tel Shimron in the north of Israel, near Nahalal. They also discovered a mud-brick archway from this period.

I was just at Shikma's grandfather's funeral (Maimon Shitrit - may his memory be blessed). At the end of the ceremony there was a barrage if rockets. At least 10 landings betwern us and Meron. This the closest I have ever been to falling rockets since the start of the war.
